We want you to be happy with your order. As our soft serve mix and other products are food items, there are some important guidelines around returns and refunds.

Change of Mind

As our products are food items, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, order the wrong product or order more than you need.

Please check your order carefully before placing it.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we have sent you the wrong product, an item is missing from your order, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bondiicecreamco.com.

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the product and packaging so we can understand what has happened and resolve the issue.

Product Quality or Safety Issues

If you believe there is an issue with the quality, safety or condition of a product you have received, please stop using the product and contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide your order details, photographs and other information that will help us investigate the issue.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Storage & Handling

After delivery, products should be stored and handled in accordance with the storage and handling instructions provided on the packaging.

We may not be responsible for deterioration or damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
